Refund policy
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
Eligible Issues
• Defective or damaged products
• Misprinted or mislabeled products
If any of these occur, please email customerservice@developersquad.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 20 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.
Non-Eligible Issues
• Buyer's remorse or "changed mind" orders
• Incorrect size or color selection by the customer
• Normal wear and tear
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
As all products are custom-made to order, they are non-returnable except in the eligible issue cases described above. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Refunds
Once your issue has been reviewed and approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at customerservice@developersquad.com.
